About the Role

As a Superintendent, you’ll oversee the on-site construction of luxury custom homes, ensuring every detail aligns with the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. You’ll be the key liaison between project managers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s exacting expectations. This position is ideal for a driven professional with a passion for luxury residential construction and hands-on leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities and ensure construction progresses according to schedule and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, providing regular updates to project managers.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to plans, codes, and safety protocols.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project momentum and minimize delays.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns during the construction process.
• Oversee material deliveries, inventory management, and proper site organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent in custom or luxury residential construction.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices, materials, and building codes.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams and build client trust.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
