Executive Vice President of Finance

Our client, a well-established and respected Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), is seeking an EVP of Finance to join their team. This position will report directly to the CEO and oversee accounting functions, collaborate with auditors, and play a key role in the firm’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting and financial reporting
• Work closely with auditors for annual audits and compliance
• Support strategic growth initiatives and provide financial insights
• Lead and mentor the finance team

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of finance experience, with a focus on accounting
• Ideally have experience working with external auditors
• Previous experience as a Controller is preferred
• CPA required
• Strong leadership and communication skills

This is a hybrid position located in the northern suburbs of Boston.
