Job Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Additionally, your business development expertise will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving company growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, construction crews, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress and address any onsite issues.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Company's client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to secure new contracts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to position the company strategically.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to grow visibility and influence.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in business development or client-facing roles.
• Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, particularly foundation pile installation and marine construction.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
