Job description

Spacemaker Systems is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role requires technical skills with exceptional material handling and automated solutions knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Working with clients to understand their business goals and technical requirements.
• Developing solutions that meet the client’s needs.
• Working with sales team to create product demos, proof of concept, and addressing customer concerns.
• Product expert and advocate for sales and clients.

Required & preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• Experience in supply chain/logistics and or automated material handling industry preferred.
• Understanding of different storage systems with focus on pallet shuttle
• Able to work with CAD systems such as AutoCAD.
• Understanding of structural analysis and design to meet customer specifications and a variety of codes.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus.
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
