Project Coordinator

I have an exciting opportunity with a client looking for a Project Coordinator to assist with coordinating projects and managing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with a variety of project-related tasks.
• Enter orders and schedule tasks.
• Follow up on project start-ups.
• Submit payments to contractors and track project costs alongside the Project Managers.
• Ensure project deliverables are received in a timely manner.

Details:

• Location: Round Rock, TX (Monday - Wednesday onsite, remote the rest of the week)
• Schedule: Flexible workdays with a hybrid setup (onsite Monday-Wednesday, remote Thursday-Friday)
