Part-Time Front of House (FOH) Team Member - MORNING SHIFT

Location: OH LA LA – Pasadena, CA
Compensation: $17.50 - $18 per hour + tips

OH LA LA is a vibrant, French Riviera-inspired restaurant and bakery offering a unique dining experience. With an inviting atmosphere and a commitment to exceptional service, we’re proud to bring the flavors and warmth of France to Pasadena. 

We’re looking for a versatile and reliable Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join us part-time. Please note: this is not a server position. Our FOH team rotates through multiple roles, including cashier, runner, busser, pastry case attendant, and expo.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as a cashier, taking customer orders and handling transactions
• Run food and beverages to tables with accuracy and efficiency
• Check on customers at tables to ensure they are enjoying their experience and address any needs
• Bus tables, pre-bus, and maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas
• Manage and restock the pastry case, ensuring a visually appealing display
• Expedite orders, ensuring accuracy and communication between the kitchen and FOH
• Assist with opening and closing duties, keeping the FOH area clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-paced restaurant or café setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to handle busy shifts with a positive attitude
• Availability for part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings
