We are seeking dedicated and experienced Chefs/Sous Chefs to oversee the daily operations. We are hiring in the Cleveland, OH, and the Naples/Ft. Meyers, FL markets.

We are searching for individuals that have backgrounds in upscale and polished restaurant environments. 2+ years of management and a 4-year degree preferred

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in food service management, with proven skills in team management, kitchen management, and customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate food preparation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen personnel.
  • Assist with staff training programs to enhance team performance and service delivery.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an upscale casual restaurant or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food service management practices.
  • Skills in kitchen management and food preparation techniques.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
