We are seeking dedicated and experienced General Managers, Restaurant Managers, and Executive Chefs/Sous Chefs to oversee the daily operations. We are hiring for the entire Cleveland market.
We are searching for individuals that have backgrounds in upscale and polished restaurant environments. 2+ years of management and a 4-year degree preferred

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in food service management, with proven skills in team management, kitchen management, and customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate food preparation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise and train staff, including bartenders and kitchen personnel.
- Implement staff training programs to enhance team performance and service delivery.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to develop strategies for improving service efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an upscale casual restaurant or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of food service management practices.
- Experience in cash handling and financial reporting.
- Skills in kitchen management and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to lead a team effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous bartending experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
