Eastridge is seeking a POS Supply Chain Coordinator for a private company best known for its energy drinks and sports team ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Order Placement/Management
- Accurately input and process POS sales orders into SAP ERP, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
- Collaborate with the planning team to confirm inventory levels support requests or identify alternative solutions.
- Maintain and organize all requests through the ticketing tool (ZenDesk).
- Monitor and provide status updates on critical shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Investigate and resolve logistical challenges through root cause analysis using various reports and data.
Logistics/Customer Support - Resolve inquiries related to orders, returns, shipments, products, claims, and customer concerns.
- Interact with key personnel to monitor and enhance processes for timely and accurate order and shipment processing.
- Build strong working relationships with business units, distributors, logistics partners, and Operations team members to provide exceptional customer support.
Systems Support - Maintain distribution partner customer master data within operational systems (SAP).
- Ensure all transactions are accurately entered and maintained within the relevant system.
- Miscellaneous Operational Support
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Maintain documentation related to logistics policies and procedures.
- Provide support for annual physical inventory and audits.
- Initiate transportation tracking and tracing as needed.
- Take on additional tasks as directed outside the job description.
Experience and Skills - Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in a field related to the position requirements.
- Experience:
- 0-1+ years in supply chain and logistics operations.
- Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of logistics functions within SAP or a comparable ERP system (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (heavily used).
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
