are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ground-up construction and experience working with general contractors. This role involves supporting project managers and superintendents in ensuring that all project objectives are met on time, within scope, and budget.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare, review, and track RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and other critical project documentation.
• Assist in scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with design plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor project costs and assist in budget management and reporting.
• Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Identify potential project challenges and recommend solutions to maintain progress.
• Provide technical expertise to support project teams during construction phases.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role, preferably with a general contractor.
• We will consider all levels (Project Engineer I, and II)
• Proven experience with ground-up construction projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, and other construction documentation processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
