The Education Department needs a 3-month temp that is highly organized and detail-oriented and will serve as a temporary meetings coordinator for an upcoming radiology course. This role will be responsible for all aspects of meeting coordination, ensuring the smooth running of lectures, discussions, and other course activities.

Responsibilities of the Meetings Coordinator:

Manage Meeting Logistics:

• Coordinate and confirm meeting rooms and required equipment.
• Prepare and share materials with participants.
• Arrange catering and refreshments as needed.
• Support the Meetings Manager with hybrid Zoom session operations.
• Test and set up Zoom technology for in-person and virtual attendees.
• Monitor chat and Q&A features for virtual participants.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, or connectivity issues during virtual sessions.
• Facilitate engagement for virtual attendees in discussions and activities.
• Oversee session recording and live streaming, if applicable.

Provide Administrative Support:

• Collect and organize participant feedback.
• Address any logistical challenges that arise.

Qualifications of the Meetings Coordinator:

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Background in event planning or meeting coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with the medical field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
