Job Description
• 8+ years’ direct work experience with PLM Systems, Strategy, Roadmap, Implementation and Support.
• Experience in the Aerospace Industry is preferred.
• Experience in Product and Engineering processes related to PLM Solutions.
• Experience with CATIA, Teamcenter, TCIC, and TC Vis with development tools and processes with PLM information system infrastructure components.
• Experience in CATIA Scripts development.
• Experience in Teamcenter Administration.

Key responsibilities –
o Monitor IS ticketing system, Manage the ticket priority, Escalation and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and provide Application and Process Support for CATIA, TCIC, Teamcenter and Teamcenter Visualization.
o Design and Develop CATIA Customization solutions.
o Responsible for the administration of CATIA and Teamcenter Environments.
o Contribute to Enhancing the Application and User Experience.
o Manage and administer the Teamcenter dispatcher services.
o Work with a development team to help develop test cases and perform Regression testing and User acceptance testing.
o Develop/update support documentation for both the internal team and end-users.
o Prepare internal and external reports in support of Product Support initiatives. Maintain databases and provide quality oversight to ensure data is consistent and accurate.
o On-boarding and Off-boarding of User Accounts Work with leadership team to create and enhance vision and strategy for PLM in the eco system of other Enterprise applications.
