Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in manufacturing recruitment to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience recruiting for manufacturing companies and a proven ability to identify top talent across a variety of roles, including engineering, skilled trades, and corporate positions.
This role is primarily onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering, skilled trades, and corporate roles within the manufacturing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver quality candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-performing talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, specifically in manufacturing recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of engineering and skilled trades recruiting, as well as corporate hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high-volume recruitment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry trends and workforce challenges.
