They’re on the hunt for an account professional with 2-3 years of account/client service experience at an advertising agency, someone who is committed to pursuing success in the next phase of their advertising career.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Direct hire, hybrid role, 3 days/week in-office, more if you’d like

Location: Fabulous new offices in downtown Milwaukee

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Client Immersion: Dive into your clients’ brands, industries, and goals. Act as a business partner, not just a liaison
  • Project & Relationship Management: Juggle multiple projects (from print and digital to broadcast and event activations) while keeping clients and internal teams on the same page
  • Drive Execution: Turn client briefs into insightful strategies and detailed plans, then outline success metrics and track ROI
  • Writing & Communication: Craft clear, compelling messages and present them with confidence—both to clients and to the internal creative team
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Lead project timelines, manage shoots (photo/video), liaise with vendors, and ensure everything is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations
  • Brand Guardian: Recognize disruptive creative that matches client objectives and brand standards
  • Problem-Solving: This is advertising—there will be surprises. Pivot smartly, manage sensitive client interactions, and keep momentum rolling


Account Executive Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of account service experience in an agency environment—enough to know the ropes, hungry to learn more
  • Exceptional writing skills across briefs, estimates, email correspondence, internal communications, compelling presentations and when contributing to project execution
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Cloud workflow programs, Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite including Teams, Word, Excel, PPT; project management software (i.e. Jira and Smartsheet) and Sendible for social planning/execution
  • A positive, get-it-done attitude that shines through in your relationships and your commitment to client, team and agency growth
  • Detail-orientation that keeps projects aligned in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for advertising and a knack for great writing—words matter here
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and has a desire to exceed expectations
  • The maturity to handle client feedback with grace and the drive to push ideas further
  • Familiarity with print, digital, broadcast, social media, and potentially large-scale events/trade shows
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications (or equivalent experience) preferred
