About the Role:

We seek motivated and dynamic Healthcare Recruiters  to join our team for our Travel and Allied divisions. As a recruiter, you will be critical in sourcing, recruiting, and placing highly skilled travel clinicians with healthcare facilities nationwide. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients are staffed with top-tier nursing professionals while providing a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.


Key Areas of Responsibilities :


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, understanding their preferences, skills, and career goals.
  • Work closely with account managers to collaborate and understand staffing needs and match the right candidates to assignments.
  • Support travel clinicians throughout the hiring process, including contract details, and touch bases throughout their assignments.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates and continuously engage with potential candidates for future placements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and staffing regulations.
  • Ability to achieve individual targets and contribute to the overall success of the department.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications Needed:

  • At least two years of previous recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare or travel nurse staffing.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel nurse roles, licensure, and credentialing requirements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple open positions at once.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for helping nurses find fulfilling assignments.
