About the Role - The Human Resources Coordinator will support a broad spectrum of Human Resources programs and processes to ensure a positive applicant and employee experience. You will assist in talent acquisition by identifying talent and supporting recruiting efforts. You will support employee engagement efforts including employee meetings and special events. Another facet of your role will be supporting Board of Director meetings and related activities. Within our HR team at Winmark we support one another and you will also serve as back-up to critical functions of the Office Support and Payroll & Benefits staff occasionally.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Management, related focus, or comparable work experience.
• 2+ years experience in a human resources role, with experience in recruiting preferred.
• Strong computer skills and highly proficiency in MS Office Suite required. ADP HRIS system or similar system experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, is required.
• High degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial to this role.
• Positive attitude and the ability to be a collaborative team member.
• Willingness to learn and develop and take on additional responsibilities.

Pay range and compensation package - The annual salary is $57,000 - $65,000 DOQ, plus discretionary profit-sharing.
