About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Therapists and Psychologists (licensed and unlicensed) to join our team in providing exceptional care across various programs and populations.   • Refugees and immigrants
  • Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities

  • Forensic populations (jail-based services, probation, or parole)

  • Youth experiencing their first episode of psychosis
  • People with substance use disorders
  • Those in crisis
  • General outpatient therapy and early childhood populations

Qualifications:

Unlicensed Therapist or Psychologist :

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from a CACREP or CSWE-accredited program.
  • Must obtain a mental health Candidate Permit (e.g., LPCC, PSYC, MFTC, SWC/LSW) within 30 days of hire and actively pursue licensure (LPC, LP, LMFT, or LCSW).
  • Preferred: 1+ year of clinical experience providing assessments, diagnoses, and therapy.

Licensed Therapist or Psychologist :

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience conducting individual, family, and/or group therapy.
  • Licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
