Are you a passionate leader ready to make an impact? We’re seeking a Director of Clinical Services to oversee a dynamic program focused on delivering exceptional care and driving clinical excellence.

What You’ll Do:

? Provide clinical direction and administrative oversight for the program.

? Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of therapists, dietitians, nurses, and direct care staff.

? Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and deliver quality outcomes.

? Collaborate with families, referral sources, and community partners.

? Develop and deliver impactful training and education sessions.

What You’ll Bring:

? Master’s Degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.

? 3+ years of leadership experience.

? 2+ years working with eating disorders or a related client population.

? Licensure Required: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, Psy.D, Ph.D., or Registered Dietitian.

? Clinical supervision experience preferred.
