Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Leadership: Provide oversight of all clinical services, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Supervision & Training: Guide and support nurse practitioners; provide clinical consultations and training.
- Process Improvement: Enhance treatment protocols and policies to improve efficiency and patient outcomes .
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with medical providers to improve continuity of care for substance use patients.
What You Bring:
- MD or DO with completion of residency in Psychiatry (or related fields).
- Experience in substance use treatment (clinic-based, primary care, or addiction medicine).
- Active Washington physician license and DEA license .
- Leadership skills and a public health mindset .
Compensation & Work Environment:
- $96K - $123K annually (for 0.5 FTE) .
- Primarily on-site , with potential hybrid flexibility.
