The Travel Consultant (Activations) Representative will be responsible for handling automated dialer outbound calls to existing customers, to finalize a vacation reservation date. They will update the customer database and document reservations for the customer in the Concierge Platform reservation system. They must adhere to specific verification guidelines, to ensure we deliver a qualified tour guest to our Vacation Ownership Sales Centers, to preview our Vacation Ownership programs. The Activations Associate will manage calls with the guests experience in the highest regard.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:30pm-7pm

Pay: $15/hr plus commission
