Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to establish and grow our presence in tyour designated market, identifying potential clients and building long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic market entry plans to achieve sales targets.
- Serve as a technical resource, consulting clients on the impacts of water storage on transients and energy consumption, and offering customized solutions.
- Work closely with municipalities and other stakeholders to tailor proposals and product offerings that meet specific needs.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the technical advantages, value propositions, and ROI of our solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial engagement through to project completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and identify new opportunities.

Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience in technical sales, particularly within industrial equipment or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong ability to create technical white papers and documentation.
- Experience working with municipalities and government entities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic market environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
