Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Customer Support/Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls related to service inquiries on Client accounts with accuracy and efficiency. You will provide functional support for cash management products, the Client Online platform, the mobile app, and general account or financial-related queries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, a strong career focus, and a commitment to delivering world-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle incoming client calls regarding service inquiries on Client accounts.
•Provide accurate and efficient responses to inquiries about cash management products, the online platform, and the mobile app.
•Address general account and financial-related questions with clarity and professionalism.

Required Qualifications
•College degree or previous contact center experience (preference for one of these criteria).
