Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers in evaluating their financial situations and guide them toward assistance programs that can help them address missed payments. This role involves both inbound and outbound calls to ensure clients are connected with the support they need. You will be working in a dynamic, team-oriented call center environment focused on providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide assistance to customers facing financial hardship.
  • Assess each customer's financial status and match them with appropriate assistance programs.
  • Provide clear and empathetic communication while explaining available support options.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies while assisting customers.
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
