As a VIE, you will become familiar with subject matter for all HR systems, supporting IPG (Interior Products Group for Mining, Insulation, Architectural, Gypsum) HRs in two office locations and 32 manufacturing locations. As a valuable and supported member of our IPG Human Resources central team, your focus is to recommend and participate in a variety of transformational projects to continuously improve HR effectiveness, and to contribute to data integrity in our HR systems. You will also help solve problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach and interpreting guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices. Driven by a keen focus on our internal customer needs, you will participate in continuous improvement efforts to increase process efficiency and effectiveness.
This position will provide you with a well-rounded, hands-on HR experience within a global organization, with exposure to HRIS and payroll systems, data analytics, and process improvement, preparing you for future roles in HR and related fields.
The main role : - Drive Data Accuracy: Maintain and audit HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and precision;
- Streamline Processes: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve workflow;
- Generate Insights: Create and distribute reports to support decision-making, covering performance management, workforce analytics, and more;
- Support Key Initiatives: Play a hands-on role in projects like merit increase processes, compensation reviews, and HR compliance audits;
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with payroll, finance, and HR teams to ensure seamless operations.

- You hold a Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- You have at least one year experience in Human Resources
- You have advanced Excel skills and some exposure to HRIS or software (ieg. Microsoft Access, PeopleSoft) would be appreciated
- You enjoy team work and have outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate internal customer needs
- You are detail oriented, well-organized and flexible to adapt to fast-paced, changing work environment
- You can juggle competing priorities, work independently to set and reset priorities to achieve business results while ensuring very good employee experience
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
