We have an outstanding Contract position for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
As a heart monitoring Company, we provide professional customer support by phone, email, fax, etc. Including providing patient support for patients not in our database, which could include creating patient profiles and obtaining necessary documentation from practices. We process data within service level agreed time constraints, as well as create and/or work company correction tickets with requested changes from previously submitted patient records. Answer heavy incoming calls and processing outgoing calls as necessary to ensure we to obtain missing or incorrect information. Maintain HIPAA compliance. Prioritize tasks assigned. We provide ongoing training of departmental processes as appropriate to meet the Company needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process faxes and save them to the company directory.
- Update patient database as requested by fax, phone, or internal request in accordance with HIPAA and Company protocol.
- Become knowledgeable in the use of all Company cardiac monitors.
- Clearly communicate to patient, practices, and internal customers. Be detail-orientated.
- Prioritize tasks given throughout the day, ensuring all work given is complete.
- Make and receive phone calls as scheduled following scripts provided.
- Focus on meeting SLA times of tasks established.
- Follow all outlined procedures of Company and departments as set forth.
- Provide customer support.
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Hiring Criteria: - High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
- Ability to clearly communicate information to patients and internal customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle a high volume of work.
- Be astute in conflict resolution.
