*CLINICAL THERAPIST*

*JOB SUMMARY*: Under the direction of the C.H.O.I.C.E.S. Director, assesses client (child/adult, and family) needs; develops and implements individualized treatment plans; implements interventions that facilitate youth/adult and family progress toward specific goals and objectives; participates in multi-disciplinary case staffing and utilizes caseload management systems; conducts individual (child/adult), family and group counseling sessions in accordance with professional standards; collaborates with appropriate agencies and parties within the community and the Wayne County Juvenile Justice system; and performs other duties as assigned. Provides services primarily in the home, or when appropriate via a telehealth platform, and attempts to engage youth/adult and family.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
