We are seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing to join our team of healthcare professionals. The Director of Nursing must demonstrate professional standards, adhere to a code of ethics, and be a visionary with a sincere interest in geriatric nursing. The Director of Nursing must be able to maintain a good working relationship with staff, residents, families, and others; identify problems, make decisions; possess skills in leadership, compassion, and competence in nursing skills.
