*Job Summary*

As an MRI Technologist at our hospital, you will be responsible for operating magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging results.

Location: Pontiac, MI

Shift: *10-hour night shift*, running from *8:00 PM to 6:00 AM *and every other weekend

*Duties*
* Perform MRI scans on patients following protocols and ensuring patient safety.
* Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
* Operate and maintain MRI equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
* Monitor patients during scans to ensure their comfort and safety.
* Evaluate images for quality and completeness, ensuring accurate results for diagnosis.
* Maintain patient records and adhere to all regulatory standards.

*Experience*
* Proficiency in operating MRI systems and equipment.
* Knowledge of medical imaging techniques such as mammography, nuclear medicine, and diagnostic radiology.
* Familiarity with anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques.
* Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
* Ability to use electronic medical record systems like Epic is a plus.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,772.00 per week
