Job Description
Seattle Radiology is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our Imaging team. We're an outpatient Imaging Center, located in Seattle, Washington. This is a day shift position.

Location: Located in beautiful Seattle, Washington. Compensation: Hourly range is $20.82 - $29.40. The hourly wage is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to direct job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

Position Summary:

Assists technologists with patient prep, consenting, exams and procedures.
Assists with obtaining and reviewing patient orders.
Assists in acquiring all necessary documentation and information from referring providers, patients, and insurance plans to help facilitate patient care.
Assists with scheduling exams and clinic procedures.
Serves as a liaison between the technologists, referring providers, scheduling team and patients to ensure all necessary information is communicated to appropriate parties accurately and professionally to deliver quality patient care.
Communicates positively and effectively with patients, referring providers and all members of the team.
Processes and handles patient information confidentially in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and partner facility policies.
Continuously assists in providing workflow feedback to improve the patient experience across the continuum of care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, required
Certified Medical Assistant license, required
IV therapy certification, preferred.
Healthcare experience required, experience in Radiology setting preferred.
