*Job Description:*
* Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide hands-on therapy to improve speech, language, and swallowing functions for patients with neurological, developmental, or age-related conditions.
* Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and their families on communication strategies, safe swallowing techniques, and self-care strategies for long-term success.

*Qualifications:*
* Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of practice.
* Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings preferred, but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
