*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions.
* Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
* Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure optimal recovery.
* Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
* Educate patients and their families on exercise routines, recovery processes, and injury prevention strategies.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

*Qualifications:*
* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New York.
* Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, modalities, and equipment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience with orthopedic and sports rehabilitation is a plus.
