We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our non-profit partner's full-time team in the Media, PA area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:
* Work with a mixed caseload of patients, primarily outpatient with some skilled nursing, living within the community
* Provide consultation and transparency to residents, family members, and caregivers on treatment plans and results

Key Requirements for the Physical Therapist:
* Ideally 5+ years of experience as a PT
* Outpatient and/or retirement community experience is ideal
* Experience working with senior populations and families/caregivers
* Knowledge and experience conducting evaluations and treatment plans for this population
* Current and Valid PT License
* Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Compensation and Schedule for the Physical Therapist:
* Target salary is $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience
* 65%-75% productivity expectations
* Salary can be discussed further based on experience
