*Job Summary*
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide care to patients. Your role will involve assisting in the implementation of care plans and rehabilitation programs to help patients recover from injuries or regain movement and manage pain.

*Responsibilities*
- Assist in the development and adjustment of patient care plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients as directed by the physical therapist
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities
- Document patient progress and report back to the supervising physical therapist
- Assist in discharge planning and transitioning patients to home care or other facilities

*Requirements*
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and trigger point therapy
- Experience or interest in acute care, orthopedics, and hospital settings
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
- Understanding of discharge planning process

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
