*Responsibilities:*
* Managing and leading all nursing personnel operations.
* Developing short and long-term goals for the entire nursing department.
* Establishing new policies and updating existing policies to improve the standard of care for patients.
* Planning and overseeing admission, nursing, and patient care processes.
* Maintaining department budgets and recording all expenses.

Position Summary: Our Client is seeking a compassionate DON with the ability to remain calm under pressure. The DON will be responsible for monitoring patients, performing routine checks, and assisting doctors and nurses.
To be successful as an RN you should be able to take direction and work well in stressful situations.
