Qualifications and description for a Social Worker, LSW/CSW:

NJ Social worker, CSW/LSW License
Conduct Social Service assesments and documents according to state and federal regulations
provide Physco-social assesment and relevant parts of Minimum Data Set (MDS)
Counseling Residents

Part time
