* *Job Title:* Staff Physical Therapist
* *Location: *Guardian Angels LTC and Outpatient, Recover Health and Aveanna Home Health, Chisholm Heritage Manor
* *Position type: *Full-time, benefited, 0.8-1.0 FTE
* *Hours/Schedule: *This position will generally be scheduled for 32-40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
* *Settings: *This position will primarily treat patients in SNF/LTC, but other settings include outpatient and home health.

Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around. What makes our clinic and community special is we have 3 orthopaedic specialists and 2 Lymphedema treating therapists. We serve wonderful and diverse populations. It's rewarding seeing our patients rehab home and be able to come back for outpatient services.
