* *Job Title:* Staff Physical Therapist
* *Location: *Avera Tyler Healthcare Center
* *Position type: *Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
* *Hours/Schedule: *This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
* *Settings: *This position will treat patients in a variety of settings including home health, outpatient, SNF/LTC, and hospital inpatient.

Requirements: Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota and South Dakota.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $49.00 per hour
