*Your Responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist:*
* Assess and treat patients with individualized care plans.
* Complete accurate and timely documentation.
* Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff.
* Develop and market new therapy programs.
* Present in-services to fellow staff members.
* Oversee the general operation of the department.
* Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with state regulations.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program.
* Possess or be eligible for state licensure.
