*Responsibilities:*
* *Assessment and Treatment:* Work with diverse patients.
* *Documentation:* Ensure accurate records.
* *Program Development:* Contribute to program planning and marketing.
* *Communication:* Engage with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
* *Education:* Share expertise in-service sessions.
* *Operational Support:* Collaborate in department operations.
* *Supervision:* Oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) if necessary.

*Qualifications:*
* *Education:* Hold a Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy.
* *Certification:* Graduate from a certified occupational therapy program.
* *Licensure:* Possess or be eligible for state licensure.
