*About the Role*:

As a Surgical Technologist, you'll play a crucial role in our operating room, ensuring smooth and safe surgical procedures. You'll work closely with surgeons and nurses, maintaining sterility and anticipating the team's needs.Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage sterile instruments and supplies
* Assist surgical team during procedures
* Maintain a sterile field and respond to team needs
* Perform accurate instrument counts
* Assist in room turnover and preparation

*Qualifications*:
* Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
* Current BLS certification
* Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
* 1+ year of perioperative experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
