We are seeking a Surgical Technician to join our mobile wound care team. This role is ideal for an experienced tech passionate about providing hands-on support to our clinicians and improving patient outcomes in a home care setting, mobile care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Nurse Practitioners and other clinicians during bedside wound care procedures.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field for all wound care treatments.
• Handle, sterilize, and set up surgical instruments and wound care supplies.
• Document procedures, wound assessments, and patient progress as directed.
• Support clinicians in applying dressings, managing wound vacuums, and other treatments.
• Maintain and replenish inventory of wound care supplies
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and protocols.
• Provide patients with compassionate care and support throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Surgical Technician (CST) or equivalent.
• Experience in wound care, outpatient surgery, or bedside procedures is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and infection control.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and travel within a designated region.
