Branch: Killeen, TX

Schedule: M-F 8-5, Salaried

*Your Impact as a Hospice Clinical Team Manager*

As the Clinical Team Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding hospice care. Your role includes:
* *Leading a high-performing team*: Guide and mentor healthcare professionals to achieve their full potential while ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care
* *Improving clinical outcomes*: Implement and monitor QAPI programs, driving excellence across all aspects of patient care
* *Ensuring operational success*: Oversee day-to-day operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards
* *Collaboration*: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care for patients and their families
* *Shaping the future*: Help create and implement innovative programs that lead to improved patient experiences and outcomes

*What You’ll Bring to the Table*

We’re looking for a strong, compassionate leader who can inspire their team while maintaining a focus on quality and results:
* *Bachelor’s degree* (preferred)
* *3+ years of active RN experience*, with at least *1 year in the home care industry*
* *Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid* home care benefits, policies, and procedures
* Valid *driver’s license* and *reliable transportation* for job tasks
