We're seeking a dedicated *Home Health Clinical Manager* for our *Pierce County* division. This role requires a *Registered Nurse (RN), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT) license* and experience in a _Medicare-certified home health agency (OASIS trained)._

*Responsibilities:*
* Ensure compliance with home health/hospice laws and regulations
* Review referrals and manage assignments
* Oversee patient charts and clinical courses
* Assist with staff training, hiring, and mentoring
* Participate in QAPI, OASIS review, and coding workflow
* Some direct patient care and on-call duties required

*Requirements:*
* *Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience*
* *At least 1 year of home health/hospice experience with OASIS training*
* BSN degree preferred
* Current BLS certification
* Washington state license
* Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred
* Knowledge of Medicare COPs, PDGM, VBP
* Licensed and insured driver
