Position Highlights:

Role: Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT)

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 (depending on previous experience as a PT/DoR)

Location:

• 2-3 days at Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney, TX
• 2-3 days at outpatient orthopedic clinic in McKinney, Allen, or Plano, TX.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality Physical Therapy services in both assisted living and outpatient settings to enhance mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care tailored to seniors and outpatient patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Communicate effectively with residents, patients, families, and team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
• Passion for working with seniors and improving patients' quality of life.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
