We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused *Collection*s Agent to join our dynamic team! If you have 3-6 months of experience in a collections or customer service role and are ready to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to resolve customer account issues and outstanding balances.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team collections goals.
* Provide clear, professional communication and problem-solving support to customers.
* Handle high call volumes efficiently, ensuring organization and composure at all times.

*Qualifications:*
* *3-6 months of experience in collections, customer service, or call center roles.*
* *Previous experience with personal debt collections such as personal load, credit cards, and auto loans*
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to stay organized, manage pressure, and meet performance targets.
* Previous experience in healthcare or medical collections is a plus, but not required.
