As Nevada’s largest network of general and specialty dental practices, we are expanding and looking for motivated and experienced Practice Managers to join our team.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary of $47,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn additional weekly and monthly bonuses. Full-time managers are also eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.

Role Overview
As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of your practice by ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining exceptional patient care standards, and driving profitability. Responsibilities include:
Managing daily operations and office procedures to improve performance and efficiency
Overseeing staffing, recruitment, and employee relations in collaboration with HR
Ensuring compliance with state regulations and health and safety standards
Creating a welcoming environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and care
Managing procurement of office equipment and supplies
Qualifications
A minimum of one year of dental management experience is required.
Exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
Availability to work weekends as needed.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
