We are hiring Dental Assistants, Lead Dental Assistants, and Specialty Assistants across multiple specialties, including general dentistry, pediatrics, orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and hygiene. Your Role
As a Dental Assistant at Absolute Dental, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring excellent patient care and maintaining clinical efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
Warmly greeting and assisting patients, ensuring a positive experience
Preparing patients for treatments and ensuring their comfort during procedures
Providing skilled chairside support to dentists during treatments
Adhering strictly to sterilization protocols for instruments and equipment
Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
Offering clear oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions to patients
Completing assigned laboratory tasks with precision
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred but not required; training is available for the right candidate)
Proficiency with dental instruments and sterilization techniques
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a clinical setting
Ability to perform non-surgical tasks such as coronal polishing (a plus)
Strong organizational and computer skills
Bilingual proficiency (a plus)
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
