Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for taking inbound phone calls as well as outbound phone calls to make appointments for our service department as well as marketing to our service customers. Must have an upbeat phone ethic that 'wows' our customers with our service.

Business Development Coordinator Compensation and Benefits:

Business Development Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Reach out to and follow up with up with prospective customers
• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
• Connect new customers with appropriate service team member
• Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
• Proactively build out prospecting network
• Log all activities in our CRM
• Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter

Business Development Coordinator Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license
