Description:
As a Cloud strategist, you'll be a technology executive that has leveraged the Cloud to transform the technology & business capabilities of a large company. You'll be an Enterprise Strategist to guide our enterprise efforts and advise the largest companies on how they can transform the way they use technology to deliver business value. Cloud Enterprise Strategists should use their personal experiences using AWS, combine them with the experiences of other customers, and help large companies understand how they can benefit from the cloud.
Responsibilities:
Ideal candidates well versed in the challenges large companies face across their people, process, and technology when implementing large-scale cloud migrations and/or digital transformations. This includes leadership, application development, operations, security, business case development, technology budgeting, etc. They use this knowledge to help customers identify and overcome the same challenges, author blog posts , create and deliver presentations to executive audiences, develop and facilitate executive community building, help to understand how enterprise executives make decisions, and develop/improve mechanisms to help customers gain value from the cloud
Qualifications:
•A bachelors degree
•7+ years in a technology-related leadership/executive position
•5+ years delivering enterprise-wide technology capabilities across multiple business units within large organizations
•3+ years driving change or transformation programs using the cloud
•A career demonstrating an increase in responsibility and an ability to influence non-technical executives
•Able to travel 50%+ of the time
