They are seeking an Architectural Managing Director to lead their Dallas office to success.
Candidates must be experienced and successful Architects who are passionate about helping new architects develop their craft. We're looking for someone who is ready to advance their career by stepping into a leadership position that can balance our culture of collaboration and fun with the need to get things done right.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Architectural degree from accredited college/university
- 10+ years professional architectural experience
- Professional licensure
- Experience in multi-family
- Ability to lead and coach a team of designers
- Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
- Good attitude and good sense of humor required
